As noted I doubt I can claim the parking fee as a loss from the fire. It'd be nice if someone else would front that bill anyway but, why rip off FEMA.
There's a better argument for losses from the power-outage and the cold (ongoing). Luckily I didn't lose food. I credit the cold, hitting the rest of the place; why run a fridge when the HOUSE is a fridge. As to that cold, on topic - my Lasko 5965 ceramic air heater (1.5 kW) died last night and must count as a casualty of the overwork. Looking around, those go $15-40 on Ebay. Lasko nowadays are selling the tower model, $50 but usually higher. Add the power usage to that, as well. That, I think, is insurable.
Tho' I doubt it meets deductible.
